MY NAILS





It is scientifically confirmed that nails are the 'mirror' of our health, and that various changes in their color, shape or appearance of some irregularities may indicate the occurrence of a disease.

 Healthy and groomed nails are an ornament of our hands, and what other people first notice of us. To make the nails were beautiful and clean, do not need constant visits manicure, but a little time.

-do not cut your nails too often
-to avoid grown nails cut them straight, don't round them too much;
just enough so it's not harsh
-if you have soft nails , use special scissors that are buying the kit manicure set, or, specifically, all well stocked perfumeries  
-regularly remove cuticles
-it's best to do this so-called pushing the cuticle to the nail root 
-never cut them with scissors

-avoid using remover that contains acetone , because it dries out the nails. Instead , use oil skimmer , which provides extra nail care. After using the remover , be sure to wash your hands and apply cream.

WITHIN CARE





          Nothing that you do to your skin outside can cure it as much as food you take. When you keep diet, reduce the amount of portion you take, never take only one foodstuff.

-for oily skin, eat a lot of beans, peas, soybeans, peanuts and stuff like that
-for redness and flaking eat food with lot of vitamin A (carrots, broccoli, peaches, pumpkins ...)
-for puffiness and paleness remove salt, caffeine, simple sugars and alcohol 
-for dryness eat lot of fresh vegetables and fruit and drink at least 10 glasses of mineral water daily

-don't drink too much milk, fat from it makes acne to some people
-don't eat too much of starch (bread, fries, potatoes...), it makes acne
-sugar weakens the connective tissue, and makes wrinkles. Avoid
-alcohol is a natural diuretic-the more you drink it, the more dehydrated you become
-eat lot of fish
-drink green tea-it's a natural antioxidant

HAIR CARE



Hair. Part of us that guys adore... Did you know that playing with your hair draws male's attention more than anything else you can do on street, party... There is a theory-shorter the hair, smarter the woman. Truth or not, shiny and healthy hair always looks better than oily and dirty. Here are some advice about that...

Basic rules:
-use light shampoos 
-wash your hair at least once a week, but not more than 5
-never use too hot water while washing-it's not good for hair, neither for you
-brush your hair before you wash it, because later it will be easier and your hair won't fall too much
-sometimes put few drops of olive oil on your hair-it gives her shine
-dry your hair naturally whenever possible, especially in summer 
-never keep hairdryer closer than 20cm to your head
-if you can, rinse your hair with water that you cooked lemon leaves in
-do not iron your hair!!!!
-never, NEVER cut your hair alone!!!!

For damaged and dry hair

Mix 5 spoons of warm olive oil with two eggs. Spread this on your hair and put a plastic bag on it. Leave this for 20min, then wash with light shampoo. 

For oily hair

This mask is very effectively kills grease in your hair. Mix 1 yolk, 1 honey spoon, 2 spoons of fresh lemon juice until you get cream. Put this on dry hair and use brush to spread it on whole head. leave it for 20min and wash with light shampoo.

Mayo for regeneration

Take amount of mayo enough to cover your all hair, especially the part closest to your head. If you don't mind the stink, this could be great!

Beer for shine

Beer protects and feeds hair. Spray some beer on your hair after every wash. The smell will disappear after few min but your hair will keep the shine.

Anti-dandruff mask

Apple vinegar is very useful for this problem. Mix 1lof water and 1dl of vinegar(double this if necessary). After wash, rinse your hair with this. Don't worry for the stink, it'll disappear.

NATURAL FACE MASKS




When we meet someone new, we naturally look in the face first. One look in the face tells us about the character, habits, interests of person we are looking at. Face care is really important, you are not monkeys! 
You think you are not pretty? There is no person in the world that is completely satisfied with itself. We can't all be perfect, we can't all be beautiful. But make-up makes miracles and hygiene is very important. Also, when putting make-up, think about skin under it. It deserves some care, too.


When your skin is tired

After stressful day fruit in your kitchen is all that takes to get your skin back to life. Plane peaces of apple and add few drops of lemon juice. In this mixture mix in half tea spoon of oil, tea spoon of honey and a little cheese. Mix this really god and put in on your face. After 20min rinse with lukewarm water. 


If your skin is normal

Your perfect peeling, take yolk, honey and olive oil. Tea spoon of honey and oil mix with yolk and put on cleaned face and neck. After 25min rinse and put your favorite daily cream. 


If you have oily skin

Grits kill grease very good. For the best result, take spoon of grits and mix with glair. After 20min massage your face with circular movements. Soon later wash with cold water and put your favorite cream. 


For dry skin

Carrot and milk give the best result. Plane carrot and add half tea spoon of  almond oil. Mix it all with milk or yogurt. Put on your face and leave it there for 30min, then wash.


Acne fight

Mix 30ml lemon juice, 30g honey and 200ml water. Put this on acne few times daily. 


For natural lifting

Count on the beneficial effects of lemon. Liquid that is gonna refresh your skin is lemon mixed with warm water. Wash face with this in the morning.


For nice looking eyes

Put cotton wool in green tea. Put these on your eyes and leave it four 10min. Take it off and wash.
